Bootybarre is a fun, energetic workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.

Bootybarre Plus is a moderate to high-intensity class with the perfect balance of cardio and toning.

Bootybarre Flex and Flow is a lower intensity class with the great toning benefits of band exercises with a strong Pilates base.

 Do you need dance experience?

Absolutely not! Booty Barre is a fitness class, not a dance class. There is no dance choreography.

Is it boring like other Barre methods?

You will not find endless plies and leg lifts in a Booty Barre class. The energy stays high and the exercises move along in quick succession, eliminating boredom.

Can men do Bootybarre?

Yes! Men have come and continue to come to class and have remarked that their bodies are shocked as they work muscles they do not normally work in their usual workouts.
