I have experience in working with a variety of orthopaedic and sports injuries, as well as the rehabilitation of individuals with chronic diseases and disabilities including Obesity, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Diabetes, Stroke and Brain Injuries and child growth and development. Having been an artistic gymnast for a great portion of my life, it instilled my passion and interest for movement and exercise. I completed my Honours degree in Biokinetics in 2016, at the University of Pretoria. I also obtained my BASI Pilates Instructor Certificate in 2015. I want to encourage others to find a passion in movement and exercise, and teach individuals the vast amount of benefits exercise provides. I enjoy applying the knowledge that I have learnt throughout my studies and through my years of training, to assist people using exercise.
