BASI stands for Body Arts and Science International, combining repertoire, process and athleticism into a structured process, BASI Pilates is a leader in the Pilates community. This mind-body form of conditioning focuses on; awareness, balance, breath, concentration, centre, control efficiency, flow, precision and harmony.
Tailor Made Pilates Classes
At Body Innovation, we offer tailored Pilates programs incorporating a variety of apparatus to suit your individual or group requirements.
Pilates is renowned as a method of exercise during pregnancy, for children, injury specific or sport specific training etc.
There is a selection of group training classes available at set times through the week. We offer a great variety of payment options to suit your budget. You are also welcome to join classes on a drop in basis.
Your first class is FREE.
What to expect from your Pilates class:
Pilates is for everyone. Our Pilates instructors will guide you through a program that suits your particular needs – even if you are in a group setting. Classes last for 1 hour. If you are currently in training or rehabilitation elsewhere we will contact your practitioner to make sure we are all working towards the same goals for your rehabilitation, strengthening or weight loss.
Wear comfortable clothes and no shoes – we exercise barefoot or with pump socks.
We offer evaluations/body assessments to help you track your progress and make sure that you notice the amazing changes in your body.
