These ladies are to motivating and work really hard to make sure you stay on track. I would definitely recommend anyone to join a challenge or even just to join some of the group training sessions. I signed up for the 6 weeks challenge with my daughter. I am happy with what I have achieved and want to carry on getting better results. I feel I have also got stronger and a little fitter. Not been a gym person I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoy the past 6 weeks doing the bootybarre and triad 101. Tamlyn and Rochelle are really great. Thank you to Nicola for the motivation and meal plans and menu's. This changed my mind set and got me into better eating habits. Love the booty barre and pilates classes. Dedicated trainers are sure the make the sessions tough but enjoyable. Kim, Nicola and Candice know their clients (and their aches and pains) well and are always willing to tailor the movements to prevent (further) injuries and to strenghten problematic weak muscles. At Body Innovation we work hard to be stronger so that we can play harder.
