Our most popular option is the 21 Day Challenge Best Results, which contains 54 amazing meals and 39 smoothies. You will need at least three empty shelves in your freezer for the 21 Day Challenge as all your meals and smoothies are packaged in a single delivery. Our challenges only cover meals from Monday to Saturday as Sunday is your cheat day. We don’t believe in living on lettuce leaves and celery sticks. We love a sweet treat too, just not with all the bad stuff in it. Go on, indulge a little! We can split your order into 2 deliveries (For Gauteng and Cape Town only). If your freezer is too small just remove the shelves or drawers and stack the food. Many clients have bought bigger chest freezers to live the FitChef Lifestyle. We strongly believe that once you experience the convenience and health benefits that high quality frozen food brings to your life you will agree that frozen is the way to go. The food and smoothies are high in natural fibre. We aim for low/lower carb meals, but we believe the focus should be on quality carbs (from veggies). We use old fashion cooking techniques to slowly thicken sauces, using ingredients you recognise, we aim to use wholefood as close to natures state as possible.

Group Training

Get the motivation of team training with the benefits of individual attention, choose or mix-n-match between any of the small group training sessions offered at Body Innovation Faerie Glen;

Bootybarre is a fun, energetic workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.

Triad Calisthenics Our very own “compilation” of a variety of training methods, based on the principles of calisthenics (not to be confused with callanetics) bodyweight, street workouts and gymnastics, combined with our experience of the best strength and fitness exercises. P.S. There is a beginners version too – Triad 101

Pilates is a controlled form of exercise, focusing on getting the body to move better, improving your mobility while increasing your stability and strength, focused on BASI mat Pilates method

Private Training

We take an individual approach and provide exercise sessions that meet the specific needs of each client. We cater for athletes and everyday folk, providing the guidance needed to get healthy and manage injuries or certain diseases and optimise your lifestyles and performance. Private sessions are 45min and can take place at any of our 3 locations in Pretoria East (Planet Fitness Lynnwood Bridge, Virgin Active Watermeyer Park or Body Innovation Studio Faerie Glen)

* 1:1 Training clients will be able to join at our Faerie Glen, Lynnwood Bridge or Watermeyer Park practices

** Booked at your convenience between 6am and 6pm
